For Organisations

Coaching for Organisations

Modern organisations are shaped by constant change, new technology, competing demands and increasingly complex stakeholder dynamics. Having worked in these environments myself, I understand the reality behind them.

I coach professionals and leaders to strengthen how they lead themselves and others, manage pressure sustainably and navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.

Lead with Confidence, Grow with Intention and Manage Your Energy Wisely.

I support professionals and leaders in three key areas:

Leadership

  • Emerging leaders stepping into their first leadership role

  • Experienced leaders who want to refresh their leadership style and lead more authentically

  • Leaders who want to increase their impact, particularly around communication and relationships in complexity

Professional Growth

  • Employees navigating change or career transitions, including role changes or returning to work

  • High-potential employees wanting to increase self-awareness and self-leadership

Stress and Energy Management

  • Professionals under sustained pressure wanting support with energy management and burnout prevention

  • Employees recovering from burnout who want to return to work in a healthier and more sustainable way

Coaching Process

My coaching combines reflection with practical action in a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be fully yourself. Together, we explore what is really going on, uncover patterns and new perspectives, and turn insights into conscious choices and sustainable change in your work and life.

1. Introductory conversation

We start with a free 30-minute conversation to explore what you want to work on, what you hope to gain from coaching and whether we are a good fit.

2. Clarify the focus

In the first session, the discovery session, we explore your question in more depth and identify the patterns or challenges that may be influencing it.

3. Explore and apply

In the following sessions, we deepen awareness, explore new perspectives and translate insights into practical steps, exercises and changes in behaviour.

4. Reflect and integrate

At the end of the coaching, we review what has changed, what you have learned and what will help you sustain your progress going forward.

Sessions are available in English, Dutch or German, online or in person in Haarlem.
