0. Identity of the Coach

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
Coach: Petra Ullrich Coaching
Client: the individual or organization entering into a coaching agreement with the Coach
Agreement: any coaching program, session or service agreed between Coach and Client
2. Scope of Services
The Coach provides professional coaching services aimed at personal and professional development.
Coaching is a process of guidance and reflection and is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counselling or consulting.
The Client remains at all times responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.
3. Agreement and Engagement
A coaching agreement is established when:
a proposal is accepted or
sessions are scheduled and confirmed
The content, duration and structure of the coaching trajectory are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed upon in advance and communicated in a proposal or confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed:
invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date
payments are to be made via bank transfer
If payment is not made within the agreed term, the Client is considered to be in default without further notice.
In case of late payment, the Coach reserves the right to:
· charge statutory interest
· charge reasonable collection costs
· suspend services until payment is completed
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing or via email.
For cancellations within 48 hours or in case of no show:
the full session fee will be charged
A cancellation on Saturday or Sunday will be considered as a cancellation on Monday.
This policy applies to respect time and commitment on both sides.
6. Duration and Termination
Both Coach and Client have the right to terminate the coaching agreement.
If the Client terminates:
· already completed sessions remain payable
· agreed packages are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
· no refund will be provided for unused sessions unless explicitly agreed otherwise
The Coach may terminate the agreement if continuation is not professionally appropriate.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential.
Information will only be disclosed:
· with explicit consent of the Client or
· if required by law
8. Liability
The Coach commits to delivering services to the best of their ability.
The Coach is not liable for decisions, actions or results of the Client.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
The Coach is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
· loss of income
· business interruption
· emotional distress
Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Force Majeure
The Coach is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical issues, or external disruptions.
In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled where possible.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The Coach processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (AVG/GDPR).
Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Coach remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
13. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services provided by the Coach.
By entering into an agreement or scheduling a session, the Client accepts these terms and conditions.
Any general terms and conditions of the Client are explicitly rejected unless agreed otherwise in writing.
14. Complaints
If the Client has a complaint about the services, they are encouraged to notify the Coach in writing.
The Coach will make reasonable efforts to address the complaint in a timely and constructive manner.
15. Corporate Clients
For services provided to organizations, additional or different agreements may apply, which will be specified in a separate contract.
