5. Confidentiality
As a coach, I adhere to the standards of the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
6. How long I keep your data
I do not keep your personal data longer than necessary.
Contact requests: up to 12 months
Coaching related information: as long as relevant for the coaching process
Administrative and financial data: 7 years (legal requirement in the Netherlands)
After this period, data will be deleted or anonymised.
7. Sharing data with third parties
To run my practice, I use a limited number of trusted service providers who may process personal data on my behalf. These include:
Google Analytics for website analytics
Calendly for appointment scheduling
Moneybird for invoicing and administration
Zoho Mail and Microsoft 365 for email, calendar and communication
Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for online coaching sessions
Dropbox for secure file storage
These parties only process data as necessary to provide their services and are bound by data protection agreements.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), appropriate safeguards are in place.

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
